Roles

Worksite Earth is organized around a set of roles. These definitions are a working draft — a starting frame to be refined together. (TBD = to be defined.)

Witnesses

TBD — those who observe, attest to, and hold the integrity of the undertaking.

Project Sponsors

TBD — those who initiate and stand behind the effort, having organized themselves and selected a Prime Contractor to manage it.

Resource Pool

TBD — the shared pool of resources — human, financial, material, and natural — stewarded toward the work.

Prime Contractor

TBD — the party selected to manage and coordinate the historic effort on behalf of the Sponsors.

Subcontractors

TBD — parties engaged by the Prime Contractor to carry out defined portions of the work.

Solutionaries

TBD — those who design and build solutions to the challenges the work takes on.

Local Communities

TBD — the communities in place where the work lands, lives, and is ultimately accountable.
