An Omniconsiderate Joint Venture
Our common home, treated as a single worksite — and all of us as one crew. Worksite Earth is the open, planetary-scale undertaking to heal and regenerate our world.
To make the world work for 100% of its inhabitants in the shortest possible time — through spontaneous cooperation, without ecological offense or the disadvantage of anyone. Buckminster Fuller (slightly redacted)
We share one planet and one fate. After centuries of war, extraction, and mismanagement, the repair of our world is no longer optional — it is existential. And it is, above all, work: work that can be planned, resourced, and accomplished.
Worksite Earth organizes that work in the open as an invitation to all. We treat the whole Earth as a single worksite and ourselves as one crew — co-inheritors and co-operators of a single living system, accountable to all its inhabitants.
As a basic starting point, We the Project Sponsors have organized ourselves and selected a Prime Contractor to manage the effort. From here the plan, the commitments, the systems, and the work are developed together, in public, and refined over time.

The Undertaking
Five overlapping movements, each conducted in the open and revised as we learn. From convening the crew to regenerating the ground beneath them.
Convene sponsors, define roles, and establish how decisions are made and integrity kept.
Define the work: what must be healed and regenerated, in what order, to what standard.
Gather the resource pool and match it to the work; engage subcontractors and solutionaries.
Do the work — in real places, with local communities, against the omniconsiderate standard.
Measure honestly, attest publicly, and feed what we learn back into the plan.
The Crew
The undertaking is organized around a set of roles — a starting frame, defined together. Find where you stand.
